 The winner of this chibi is No one. There WAS a winner, but they never responded or even bothered to check back to see if they won. So I revoke their win. Sorry bUT I GAVE YOU NEARLY A MONTH TO CLAIM YOUR WIN. It's NOT MY JOB TO NOTIFY YOU.
